Organisational units of the quality assurance and improvement system at the Faculty are::
- Quality Assurance and Improvement Board
The Board consolidates and coordinates all activities relating to quality. The Regulations on Quality Assurance and Improvement System of the Faculty of Medicine Rijeka define the role and composition of the Board.

- Quality Assurance and Improvement Office
The Office in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Improvement Board conducts proceedings relating to quality assurance at the Faculty. The Office is in charge for analysis and collection of information about the quality from all users of the system and cooperates closely with the Quality Assurance and Improvement Center of the University and Quality Assurance and Improvement Board of the University.
